Craft and Spice is a delivery and catering company started by two former culinary school classmates in an effort to provide fresh, delicious food to the San Diego area. Mark and Sarah met in Napa, California while attending the Culinary Institute of America. After returning to the family restaurant business, Mark decided it was time to expand.
